摘    要:目的:探讨贲门癌不同影像学检查的比较。方法:65例经病理证实的贲门癌患者全部行消化道造影,30例同时行CT检查,17例同时行MRI检查。结果:65例贲门癌表现为贲门区肿块影;CT示6例淋巴结转移,1例腹壁转移;MRI示11例淋巴结转移,4例肝脏转移。能清楚显示胃壁的多层影像MRI检查有88%(15/17),而CT为37%(11/30);MRI检查T分期的准确率为87%(13/15)。而CT为73%(8/11)。结论:钡剂造影是诊断贲门癌首选的影像学检查方法,CT和MRI是有效的补充,能做出较准确的肿瘤TNM分期,为临床治疗方案的制定提供重要的依据。但MRI对贲门癌术前分期的准确性高于CT。

Abstract:Aim: To explore the comparative study of radiology in cardiac carcinoma.Methods: The barium meal was performed in 65 cases of cardiac carcinoma proved pathologically,and CT scan in 30 cases,MRI scan in 17 cases.Results: Sixty-five cases of cardiac carcinoma were shown mass of the cardia.Focal stratification was shown in 37% with CT imaging and 88% with MR imaging.The overall accuracy of the T staging was 73% with CT imaging and 87% with MR imaging.Conclusion:The barium meal examination is the first selected examination for cardiac carcinoma,CT scan and MRI scan are the effective complements,which are valuable for TNM staging.While,MRI is superior to CT in preoperative staging of cardiac carcinoma.
