| Abstract: | Trivalent-Pentavalent Phosphorus Compounds/Phosphazenes. II. Synthesis of N-silylated Phosphinimines N-silylated phosphinimines (RO)3P?N? Si(CH3)3 (R = ? C2H5, ? C2H2F3, i-C3H7, n-C4H9) and (R2N)3P?N? Si(CH3)3 (R = ? C2H5) have been prepared by reaction of trialkyl phosphites P(OR)3 and Tris-(diethylamino)-phosphine P(NR2)3 with trimethylsilyl azide. The products were identified by analysis, IR-, 1H-, 19F-, 29Si-, 31P-n.m.r. and mass spectroscopy. |
