| Abstract: | Transparent single crystal of BPO4 with a typical sizes of 5 × 7 × 9 mm3 have been grown by the top-seeded solution growth (TSSG) slow-cooling method using Li2Mo3O10 as the flux. X-ray powder diffraction result shows that the as-grown crystal was well crystallized and indexed in a tetragonal system. The processing parameters and the effects of the flux on the crystal growth were investigated. |
