GaAs/GaAlAs集成外腔激光器的模式谱分析

摘    要:本文利用单 FP(Fabry—Perot)腔激光器的理论,并用有效反射率方法,通过计算机数值计算和作图,简单、清晰、明了地解决了集成外腔结构的 GaAs/GaAlAs激光器的模式谱问题,并给出了实验设计方案。与众多的理论分析方法相比,这种方法具有简明、精确、直观的优点。

Abstract:Using the effective reflectivity method and the theory of single FP (Fabry Perot) cavity laser,the problem of mode spectrum of GaAs/GaAlAs inte- grated external cavity laser,with the aid of computer numeric calculations and drawing,has been solved simply,and then the experiment scheme is given. This method has advantages of simplicity,clearness and accuracy,compared with other theoritical analyses.
