Study on the Reliablity for Judgement Matrix of AH P Method

A series of contradictive elements may exsist in Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) judgement matrix. The reason for the contradiction is brought forward by analysing a real estate evaluation example. To solve the contradiction, the AHP judgment matrix is made not by comparing directly weight between two factors, but by the grade matrix which is established by unified standard.
