| 摘 要： | 目的:更好地配合膝关节镜手术,提高手术质量.方法:使用一次性显微镜套术中防水;利用妇科双袋薄膜贴术野,熟悉膝关节镜所有的器械性能和操作程序,熟练手术配合.结果:本组31例术中布类干燥,注水装置无气连续注水,31例手术配合顺利,无感染发生.结论:确保术前准备、术中配合、术后的机器保养,可提高膝关节镜手术的安全及成功率.

| Abstract: | Objective: To better assist in the microscopic surgery of knee joints to improve the operation.Method: Utilizing the use-once-only microscopic water-proof sheath;pasting the gynaecic double-bag membrane;being familiar with all the appliances used in microscopic surgery of knee joints and of the operating procedures and knowing well how to assist in the operation.Result: In 31 cases,the cloth remains dry and the affusion device fills water continuously with no gas;assistance in the operation of the 31 cases ... |
