GaAs光阴极材料液相外延中溶液配比的研究

摘    要:本文研究了在GaAs阴极材料液相外延中浴液配比的理论计算值与实验数值的差异。在大量实验数据的基础上,利用数值计算方法,获得了方便、实用的经验公式。用此公式计算出的溶液配比生长出了高质量的GaAs光阴极材料。

Abstract:The difference between theoretical calculation results of melt components and experiment data is discussed in the growth of GaAs photocathode materials by LPE. On the base of experiments, convenient empirical formulae of the melt components have been found by least-squares fit. High quality materials of GaAs photocathode have been grown on the melt components with the aid of the expirical formulae.
