| Abstract: | The moisture content in cereal grain are usually determined by two methods: oven drying method and electric moisture meter method. Electric moisture meter has electric resistance type and dielectric constant type. Different measurement uncertainty may be caused by the determination of the different sorts of grain samples, and a few curves must be saved in one machine to determine the moisture content of the different sorts of grain samples. The evaluation method of the measurement uncertainty of the electric moisture meter was introduced. |
