棉基吸音毡中游离氨的测定

摘    要:用水浸提棉基吸音毡中的游离氨,通过浸提温度和浸提时间的选择,采用纳氏试剂分光光度法对游离氨浓度进行测定,样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.5%~5.0%,加标回收率为97%~109%。方法快速、简便,且具有较好的精密度和准确度,实际操作性强。

Abstract:An analytical method was presented for the determination of free ammonia in sound insulation cotton felt by Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry.The analytical conditions including the proper extraction temperature and extraction time were optimized.The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of sound insulation cotton felt with recovery in the range of 97%~109%.
