| Abstract: | Shining nanosil : Fluorescent trimethoxysilanes were prepared by the hydrosilylation of N‐allyl perylene tetracarboxylic diimides and used for the covalent grafting of silica and silica nanoparticles (see picture). The fluorescent chromophores operate independently at the surface of these particles.  |
