| 摘 要： | 任意层技术可以让HDI板空间更缩减,较传统HDI尺寸减少约50%,可以达到轻薄的效果,任意层HDI将在越来越多的高端手机、平板电脑中得到应用。本文通过分析不同定位方式的理论对位偏差,确定最佳的定位方式并通过测试进行了验证。

| Abstract: | Anylayer technology allows space reduction,compared with traditional HDI size is greatly reduced by about 50%,and Anylayer HDI will be applied in more and more smart phones and tablet PC.optimal registration method was determined in the paper through analyzing theoretical registration error of different registration method,and was verified by testing. |
