| Abstract: | The IC floor plan and its realization are described.Specifically,module seperation,area calculation,module arrangement,pin arrangement and algorithm design are discussed.A new method of adjusting the modules outline ratio is proposed.The design of power supply and signal lines,and the principle of process compatibility design are presented.Rules and key points for every step in the IC floor plan are explained in particular. |
