微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蜂胶中铅

摘    要:提出了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蜂胶中铅含量的方法,样品采用微波消解,用磷酸二氢铵基体作为改进剂,方法的精密度(n=7)在1.1%~1.3%之间,回收率在91.8%~101.9%之间。

Abstract:A method of GF-AAS for determination of lead in propolis was proposed.The sample was treated with microwave assisted sample digestion,and NH4H2PO4 was used as matrix modifier.Values of RSD(n=7)of the method were found in the range of 1.1%-1.3% and values of recovery in the range of 91.8%-101.9%.
