| Abstract: | Under three kinds of constraints of potential for KdV hierarchy,the two systems, stemming from the spatial part and the time part of the Lax pair for KdV hierarchy, are shown to be naturally consistent. For the former system, the constants of the motion are presented and the Painlevé property is examined.Project Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. |
