Abstract: | Wavefront sensor-less adaptive optics technology has a much higher requirement for the processing speed than ever before. To improve the efficiency of particle swarm optimization (PSO), this paper proposes a novel parallel mutation particle swarm optimization (PMPSO) algorithm based on a master-slave model. The parallel system based on PMPSO algorithm is applied in a 61-element adaptive optics system to control the deformable mirror. The experimental results show that the parallel system based on PMPSO algorithm has a rapid convergence speed, which can effectively correct the wavefront aberration. |
