| Abstract: | With the technology development, there is higher requirement to automatic test technology for manufacturing and test of military electronic products. The automatic test equipments with flexible operation modes and complete functions become essential equipment for manufacturing and development of military electronic products. Automatic test equipment framework design based on hybrid bus is discussed in detail, and design and implementation of some key technologies are described. |
