Synthese von14C-kernmarkierten Vanillinen und Bikreosolen (Spezifisch14C-kernmarkierte Phenolderivate, 2. Mitt.)

Zusammenfassung Zur Untersuchung der oxydativen Ringspaltung von Bikreosol wurde, ausgehend von spezifisch ring-¹⁴C-markierten Guajacolen, Vanillin und daraus Bikreosol (2,2-Dihydroxy-3,3-dimethoxy-5,5-dimethylbiphenyl-1,1) synthetisiert. Die Einführung der Aldehydgruppe in den aromatischen Ring mittels Methyldichlormethylsulfid wurde näher untersucht.

Specifically ring-¹⁴C-labelled phenol derivatives (II)¹. synthesis of ¹⁴C]vanillin and ¹⁴C]bicreosol

For oxidative ring-fragmentation-studies of bicreosol, vanillin and bicreosol were synthesized, starting from differently specifically ring-labelled guaiacols. Introduction of the CHO-group into the aromatic ring with methyldichlormethylsulfide was investigated.
