| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了多弧离子镀用于不锈钢钟表表面镀ＴｉＮ薄膜的工艺过程和主要参数，以及镀ＴｉＮ薄膜钟表的基本物理和化学性能的检测结果，并通过实例说明镀膜工件所具备的各项优点，对影响镀膜工件质量和使用效果的因素进行了分析讨论
