摘    要:利用GC/MS分析了超临界CO2萃取茼蒿籽油的成分组成,共检出32种成分。茼蒿籽油主要由亚油酸(含量68.32%)、棕榈酸(10.80%)、油酸(6.39%)和长碳链脂肪酸组成;茼蒿籽油还含甾类(4.76%)和丰富的维生素E(3.9mg/g);研究了茼蒿籽油的理化特征。

Abstract:The lipid components of chrysanthemum L seed oil extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide(SCD) were determined by GC/MS analysis. The resutls showed that the oil was composed of 32 ingredients. The major fatty acids were lioleic acid (68.32%), palmitic acid(10.80%) and oleic acid(6.39%). The content of tocopherol was rich and up to 390 mg/100 g oil. The physical and chemical properties of chrysanthemum L seed oil were also studied.
