| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了弱耦合下三元混合晶体A_xB_(1-x)C中的极化子问题.在绝对零度下,用微扰法导出了极化子基态能量和有效质量表达式,对几种三元混合晶体进行了数值计算.在浓度x=0和x=1时,得出的结果与对应的二元晶体——BC,AC的结果完全等价.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the polaron in ternary mixed crystal A_xB_(1-x)C is discussed in the weak coupling reglon. The ground state energy and the effective mass of the polaron in ternary mixed crystal A_xB_(1-x),C are derived by perturbation method.The values of the ground state energy and the effective mass are calculated numerically for several ternary mixed crystals.At the limits of x=0 and x=1,the results derived here are equivalent to the results for corresponding binary crystals BC,AC. |
