摘    要:本文采用"三明治"(滤膜/碳纳米管/银胶)SERS体系,对提纯后的碳纳米管样品进行缺陷检测。通过与其拉曼散射光谱进行比较,发现较平的缺陷峰D峰在SERS光谱中得到明显地增强,反应出多种碳杂质的信息。该方法使用样品量很少(5μg),光谱信息比普通拉曼要丰富很多。该方法可用于高灵敏度的检测纯化后的样品的缺陷。

Abstract:In this paper,the "sandwich" structure of film/CNTs/Ag colloid was prompted to detect the disordered carbon in raw carbon nanotubes,which had been purified.Compared with the Raman spectrum,Raman-D band in SERS was enhanced significantly and reflected abundant information of carbonaceous impurities.More information of the sample was obtained in this method and only 5 μg samples were used.It is valuable to detect the disordered carbon with high sensitivity in this method.
