| 摘 要： | 在丝径的激光高精度衍射测量中,激光的偏振方向、光束的几何属性和光束中心对衍射体对称中心的偏离都会影响测量的结果.本文从测量的角度对后二者的影响进行较为深入的研究.在理论研究的基础上,进行了计算机模拟,最后提出处理结果的方法.

| Abstract: | In the high accuracy diffraction measurement of laser for a tiny wire,polarization direction of laser,laser beam property,and deviation of the beam center from the wire center have an effect on the measuring result.In this paper,the latter(the property and deviation)has been deeply studied.On the basis of theoretical study,computer simulation of their effect on diffraction dark-ring has been carried out,and finally,the method of processing the data about the wire is presented. |
