| Abstract: | The edge-bridged triangular cluster [Ag3(μ-CN)3(H2O)3] (left in picture) and the pseudo-cubane moiety [Ag3F(H2O)3] with an unoccupied Ag position (right in picture)—both hitherto unknown—are found in two new layer-type double salts of AgCN and AgF that display novel types of cyanide coordination modes. |
