动态弹簧分析法的改进及其在研究环氧树脂固化过程中的应用

摘    要:在文献的基础上改进了动态弹簧分析法,提高了测试精度,使此法不但适用于高聚物的高弹态而且也适用于它的玻璃态。 将改进了的动态弹簧分析法试用于环氧树脂的等温固化过程的研究,测定了等温固化过程中环氧树脂动态贮能模量和内耗的变化曲线,并进行了表观动力学分析。

Abstract:The dynamic spring analysis (DSA) has been improved by strengthening two ends of the spring. In this way the accuracy of measuring dynamic modulus was increased. The improved method can be applied not only to the rubbery state of polymers but also to their glassy state.The isothermal curing processes of the bisphenol A epoxy resin cured by 4, 4'-diaminodiphenylmethane were measured by the improved DSA method. The apparent kinetic analysis of the curing processes has been made.
