Elimination of Texture Influence in Quantitative Phase Analysis of Boron Nitride Samples

A simple method of texture influence elimination in quantitative phase analysis of boron nitride samples is presented. The method is applicable for the compounds with hexagonal symmetry. The range of validity is discussed and the application in study of phase transitions in boron nitride samples is demonstrated.
