Azofarbstoff- CrIII-Komplexe mit orthokondensierten Sechs- und Siebenringen

From the azo dyestuff 2-aminophenyl acetic acid → β-naphthol two isomeric 1:2 chromium complexes could be prepared, which probably are coordinated in the sandwich arrangement. The dyestuff 2-aminophenyl acetic acid → phenyl-methyl-pyrazolone is forming only one 1:2 chromium complex, probably coordinated in the DREW -PFITZNER arrangement. These complexes are the first proved examples for metal-containing azo dyestuffs with ortho condensed 6- and 7-membered rings.
