灰白毛莓、苍耳的抑菌作用研究

摘    要:采用二倍稀释法,以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、普通变形杆菌、产气肠杆菌、鸡沙门氏菌为供试菌种,对灰白毛莓、苍耳植株的不同器官和两者不同器官的配伍制剂的抑菌作用进行了试验.结果表明,灰白毛莓茎对6种供试菌种均有抑制作用,抑菌范围最广;灰白毛莓叶对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用最强;灰白毛莓根的抑菌范围最窄、抑菌作用最小.苍耳茎叶的抑菌范围最广,抑菌作用最强;苍耳子次之;苍耳根的抑菌范围最窄,抑菌作用最小.苍耳根 灰白毛莓茎叶、苍耳茎叶 灰白毛莓根提取液的配伍制剂对6种供试菌种的MBC≤0.25g/mL。

Abstract: The experiment makes Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Enterobacter aerogenes, Salmonella gallinarum as samples and tests the bacteriostastic activity of different organs of Rubus tephrodes Hance? Xanthium sibiricum Patrin and their organs' different compatibility of medicines by dilution method. It testifies that R. tephrodes Hance stem could produce bacteriostasis all against six samples, R. tephrodes Hance leaf could have a strong effect on Staphylococcus aureus. R. tephrodes Hance root's antimicrobial spectrum and bacteriostasis is the weakest. X. sibiricum Patrin's stem and leaf could produce bacteriostasis widely and strongly, its' fruit is the weaker, but X. sibiricum Patrin's root is weakest both in the scope and effect. The compatibility of both medicine's MBC is less than or equal to (0.25 g/mL,) which is picked up from X. sibiricum Patrin root, R. tephrodes Hance stem and leaf and X. sibiricum Patrin stem and leaf, R. tephrodes Hance root.
