| Abstract: | It is shown that if Aω] is a principal submatrix of the positive definite Hermitian matrix A, then A ?1ω] ?(Aω])?1is a positive semidefinite hermitian matrix. This fact is used to give a brief proof of a result of Saburou Saitoh concerning Hadamard products. |
