生物活性电纺膜小口径血管材料研究进展

摘    要:随着心血管疾病发病率逐年增加,对人工血管材料的需求也愈发迫切。通过电纺技术制备的小口径人工血管材料,能够较好地模拟天然细胞外基质,利于细胞的黏附和增殖,且可有效负载生物活性物质和药物,从而实现局部递送及药物缓释,以促进血管再生。基于此,本文重点总结了近年来负载生长因子、多肽和miRNAs等生物活性物质的电纺纤维膜小口径人工血管材料研究进展。

Abstract:With the increased incidence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases,vascular transplantation has been becoming an important approach to deal with the related issues.The small-diameter vascular grafts prepared by electrospinning,which can mimic natural extracellular matrix,are beneficial to cell adhesion and proliferation.Additionally,electrospun fibers can effectively load bioactive substances such as growth factors,peptides and miRNAs,thereby achieving the functions of local delivery and controlled release.This review focuses on the recent achievements in preparation of electrospun vascular grafts loading with bioactive substances for enhancing small-diameter vascular regeneration.
