In the title compound, C₁₂H₁₃N₃O₅, the conformation of the gly­cosyl­ic bond is anti torsion angle = −105.3 (2)°]. The 2′‐deoxy­ribo­furan­ose moiety adopts an S‐type sugar pucker and the orientation of the exocyclic C—C bond is −sc (trans).
