ANALYSIS OF THE PRODUCTS OF RECOIL TRITIUM REACTIONS WITH HYDROCARBONS BY DUAL COLUMN RADIO GAS CHROMATROGRAPHY

Abstract

This work describes use of unmatched dual column switching and limited temperature programming while maintainig conditions for proportional counting in radio gas chromatography. Products of recoil tritium reactions with propene and cyclohexene were analyzed without sample fractionation or use of extremely long columns. Flow perturbation problems were noted and controlled.
