| Abstract: | Abstract The solvent extraction of molybdenum with o,o,s-tripropyldithiophosphate from hydrochloric acid has been studied. The extractable species is H2MoOCl5] .2 (C3H7O)2-P(S)SC3H7 and the thiophosphate can be used to separate molybdenum from Th, Zr, Ti4+, V5+, Nb, Ta, Cu2+, Fe2+, Co2+, Ni and Mn2+. |
