| Abstract: | Abstract A system for the determination of urinary polyamines by ion exchange chromatography with fluorescence detection is presented. It provides a sensitive and specific assay of putrescine, cadaverine, spermidine and spermine in urine hydrolyzates. An internal standard is used, which makes the automated determination of series of samples easy. |
