Abstract

The determination of fluorescence quantum yields by measurements of fluorescence intensities of unknown and standard fluorophores at maximum possible fluorescence intensity (high absorbance) is simple and offers some distinct advantages over measurements with weakly absorbing solutions of the fluorophores.
