Square-Wave Cathodic Stripping Voltammetry of Marcellomycine. A Sensitive Analytical Method |

| Abstract: | Abstract Square-wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry has been applied to the determination of a new cytostatic anthracyclinic compound, marcellomycine. 100-fold and 1000-fold increases of sensitivity have been found with regard to the differential pulse stripping voltammetry and differential pulse polarography respectively. The detection limit is fixed at 5 × 10?9 M. |
