| Abstract: | Abstract Creatine kinase serum enzymes were separated by low pressure liquid chromatography with a Glycophase DEAE column. The separated MB creatine kinase isozyme was assayed by measurinq the amount of ATP formed from ADP and creatine phosphate in the presence of the enzyme. High performance 1iquid chromatography was used to determine ATP. |
