Statistical Analysis of Multivariate Multiple Wavelength Liquid Chromatographic Response Data

Abstract

A standard mixture of uracil, phenol, benzaldehyde, and N,N-Diethyl-m-Toluamide was chromatographed under standard conditions at many wavelengths from 210 nm to 280 nm. the area percentage composition of the mixture varies depending on the wavelength chosen. Principal component analysis and factor analysis were done on the percent area composition data.
