Abstract:MAH is grafted on PP powder surface by photoinitiated solid phase graft copolymerization with BP or MK as photosensitizer.The grafting degree,which is influenced by factors of the concentration of photosensitizer,reaction temperature,irradiation time,and surface treatment of PP is studied.The grafting extent and crystal structure of MAH_gPP are characterized by XPS,WAXD and FT IR.Results indicated the grafting degree increases with the concentration of MK,the preferred reaction temperature is 24℃.After plasma treating and the first grafting of PP surface,the adsorption of the monomer on PP surface increases.The contact state between the monomer and PP macromolecule is improved and the grafting degree is increased also.
