摘    要:金沙青叶胆是常用彝药之一,具有独特而显著的药用价值。本文采用傅里叶变换红外光谱方法(FTIR)对金沙青叶胆的根、茎、花不同部位进行了分析研究。研究表明,其根、茎、花的红外光谱有较大的相似性,主要吸收峰位置基本相同,它们共同显示出该药材独特的红外指纹特征,三者所含主要物质成分基本相同,由此说明在彝医临床应用中将该药全草入药具有其合理性,但其根、茎、花的红外光谱的吸收峰位置、个数、强度、峰形又有一些差异,表明其不同部位所含的化学成分及其相对含量存在一定的差异。本文的分析研究为临床应用及开发利用该彝药提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Jinsha Swertia is one of the most popularly used Ethnic Yi herbs.It has specific and effective medicinal value.In the present paper,Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was used to study the vibrational spectra of the root,stem,and flower of Jinsha Swertia.The FTIR spectrum results showed the unique molecular fingerprint of Jinsha Swertia.The infrared spectra of Jinsha Swertia's roots,stems,and flowers are similar to one another.Their major infrared absorbance peaks are identical.This suggested that the major chemical compounds in the three different parts of Jinsha Swertia are similar.This also explained why the whole plant of Jinsha Swertia is used by the practitioners of Ethnic Yi herbs.However,differences including where the infrared absorbance peaks occurred,number of peaks,and shape and strength of peaks have been found from the infrared spectra of the different parts of Jinsha Swertia,This indicated that certain differences in the chemical compounds and quantitative concentration for the different parts of Jinsha Swertia do exist.This research provided scientific bases for the clinical applications and development of this Ethnic Yi herb.
