柱塞泵配流冲击分析与实验研究

摘    要:配流冲击是柱塞泵的主要噪声源.本文以25SCY14-1B 轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,对其配流过程中的压力及流量冲击做了分析与仿真,用微型压力、加速传感器测试了高压、高速旋转工况下泵内柱塞腔压力动态过程及斜盘振动过程,在此基础上对配流冲击机理做了进一步的探讨,并提出以控制流量倒灌冲击为主要降噪优化目标的配流盘阻尼结构设计准则.

Abstract:The shock produced in the metering process is the main source of noisewith the piston the pump.This paper analyses the pressure transients and pressureripple caused by reverse flow produced in the metering process ofa 25SCY-14-1Baxial piston pump by methematical derivations and digital simulation.The cylin-der pressure transients and the vibration of the swash plate within the pump weremeasured by a miniature pressure transducer and acceleration meter.And on thisbasis,an optimal criterion is put for ward for noise reduction in designing thedamping structure of the port plate in a piston pump,which takes the control ofreverse flow as the optimum object.
