| Abstract: | Isopropylation of naphthalene with isopropanol has been carried out over H-mordenite (with different Si/Al ratios), H-beta, H-Y, H-MCM-22 and H-ZSM-5 in the absence of an organic solvent. Higher conversions are obtained when the reaction is carried out in the absence of an organic solvent. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date. |
