| 摘 要： | 提出了同时测定辛硫磷和（高效）氯氰菊酯含量的主同效液相色谱分析方法。采用正相柱、２３５ｎｍ紫外检测，石油醚／乙腈流动相系统实现辛硫磷及其杂质与（高效）氯氰菊酯异构体的良好分离。

| Abstract: | The normal-phase high performance liquid chromatographic determination of phoxim and (highly effective) cypermethrin in compound preparations in a single separation system is introduced in this paper. The system involves an analytical silica gel column, a UV detector at 235 nm and petroleum ether-acetonitrile mobile phase. The ranges of the recovery of phoxim and cypermethrin are 99. 3% -101. 5% and 99. 7% -101. 0%, respectively. |
