摘    要:探讨了小面积染料敏化纳米薄膜太阳电池放大到大面积太阳电池组件时,各种电解质体系对电池性能的影响,综合优化了各种电解质的性能,同时与大面积电池(0.8cm×18cm)制作相结合,获得符合电池各种性能要求的最佳配比的电解质体系.光电转换效率可达到6.48%.

Abstract:The different electrolytes, including the solvent and solution in electrolyte, and their effect on the performance of dye-sensitized solar cells were investigated. The electrolytes were optimized according to the performance of dye-sensitized solar cells. The optimized electrolyte in dye-sensitized solar cells module was achieved, and the photon-electric conversion efficiency is 6.48% for DSCs with the size of 0.8 cm×18 cm, when ACN was used as the solvent in the electrolyte(0.1 mol/L I2, 0.1 mol/L LiI, 0.5 mol/L TBP and 0.6 mol/L DMPII).
