方形腔内二维凝固问题近似求解的新方法

摘    要:通过分析二维方形腔内的凝固规律,提出了用4个一维凝固问题近似求解方形腔内二维凝图问题的新方法,用此法对二维方形空内的凝固规律求取近似解,并将它与数值解进行了对比,对比表明,在凝固率小于90%时,用近似解与数值解求得的凝固率的偏差小于5%,完全满足工程计算的要求,通过比较2种解法求得的固液相界面的位置的变化规律,从物理上解释了偏差不大的原因。

Abstract:A new method is suggested regarding the approximate solution of two-dimensional solidification by multiple one-dimensional solidification. A comparison is made between the approximate solution and numerical results of solidification in a two-dimensional square cavity. The deviation of frozen fraction of the approximate solution is smaller than 5% if the frozen fraction of numerical results is 90%. Such a small deviation is explained physically by comparing the solidification interface of appro? ximate solution with the interface obtained from numerical solution. This method is easy to apply, and greatly reduces the effort needed in analyzing phase change problem.
