摘    要:对W_(18)Gr_4V钢制刀具进行不同方式的淬火、回火及深冷处理,凡经深冷处理的刀具,切削寿命均得到提高.其中淬火、三次回火后再进行深冷处理的工艺,切削寿命提高最显著.

Abstract:In this paper, it is showed that the cutting life of the cutters made of W18cr4v will increase after they are treated with the technology of quenching, tempering and deep cold treating with different methods Specially, the cutting life of the cutters increases obviously which are treated with a deep cold technology after quenching and three times tempering.
