| 摘 要： | 介绍了PCB自动光学检测系统中的自动调焦和调整倍率的方法。该方法在无法精确测量物像距的情况下,根据获取标准测量目标的图像信息,通过分析计算,自动调整成像系统的物像距,获得清晰的图像及要求的倍率。通过在设备上的运行,此方法调焦精准,调出的倍率符合要求,自动化程度很高,能够满足整机系统的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a method of auto-focus and adjusting magnification based on PCB Automatic Optics Inspection System. The method can adjust focus automatically and deduce the magnification of demand through analysis and calculation by image processing when the exact object distance and focal distance can't be obtained. The paper describes the principle of the arithmetic and emphasizes the realization of the system. The result proves that this method can satisfy the system's requirement. |
