| 摘 要： | 本文通过统计数据分析了大众化高等教育的就业现状。用教育经济学的观点．从大学毕业生的就业期望值与社会需求之间的矛盾、劳动力市场分割理论而导致的供需矛盾、教育产业结枸与人才社会需求结枸的矛盾和高等教育本身存在的供需矛盾等几个方面剖析了高等教育大众化就业难的主要原因基于这些原因．本文最后提出了适度解决大学毕业生就业难的具体应对措施。

| Abstract: | The employment actuality under the situation of popular higher education is analyzed with statistic data in this paper. With the view of education economics, the main causes of the employment difficulty are found fi-om various contradictions, such as the contraction between the employment expectation of the college students and the social requirements, the supply -requirement contraction derived by the partition theory of labour market, the contraction between education industry structure and person requirement structure, the supply-requirement contraction existed in higher education itself, and etc. Based on their causes, finally, the concrete responding measures to settle the employment difficulty for graduates are proposed in this paper. |
