摘    要:屏蔽球是特高压直流输电工程换流站阀厅中的一种重要金具。屏蔽球表面电场控制是阀厅设计的重要组成部分。在试验中遇到屏蔽球起晕现象,通过计算机仿真分析了原因,根据分析结果提出了几种屏蔽球设计方法,通过比较确定了最优的方法,并按最优的设计方法对屏蔽球的结构进行了改进,最后通过试验和仿真证明了屏蔽球设计新方法的有效性。本文提出的屏蔽球结构设计新方法为特高压直流输电工程中换流站阀厅金具设计提供了重要参考。

Abstract:Shield ball is the important component of value hall fittings of converter station in HVDC Transmission Project. The control of electric field on the face of shield ball is important for the design of value hall. Shield ball appears corona in the experiment. The paper show the reason that the shield ball appears corona through computer simulation, some methods of designing shield ball are developed, the best method is selected, the structure of shield ball is improved according to the best method, at last the validity of the new method of designing shield ball is proved through simulation and test. The new method of designing shield ball that the paper develops provides a important reference for the design of value hall fittings of converter station in HVDC Transmission Project.
