Fluorescence-based detection of single nucleotide permutation in DNA via catalytically templated reaction

Abstract:Templated reduction of low fluorescence azidocoumarin-PNA conjugate to high fluorescence aminocoumarin was achieved using a catalytic amount of DNA with single nucleotide resolution.
