TC复合酸化解堵技术的研究与应用

摘    要:针对河南油田由于地层黏土颗粒运移、分散膨胀 ,细菌、有机物堵塞等因素造成地层污染的问题 ,研制开发了 TC复合酸化解堵剂 .对 TC复合酸的解堵机理进行了初步的分析 ,并对 TC复合酸的解堵性能进行了室内评价 .研究结果表明 :TC复合酸与地层水及原油有良好的配伍性 ;能有效地降低有机聚合物的黏度 ,解除有机物对地层的污染 ;能 1 0 0 %的杀死硫酸盐还原菌 ;明显地增大地层渗透率 ,解除无机物造成的污染 .现场 3口井应用结果表明 :TC复合酸比常规酸化有效期长 ,效果明显 ,增注幅度大 .

Abstract:A TC complex acidizing plugging removal agent is developed in order to remove the formation pollution caused by the migration and dispersing expansion of formation clay particle, bacteria and the plug of organic matter etc. in Henan Oilfield. The mechanism of its plugging removal is analyzed, and the behavior of its plugging removal is evaluated in laboratory. It is shown that the plugging removal agent has good compatibility with the formation water and crude oil in the oilfield; it can effectively reduce the viscosity of organic polymer and remove the formation pollution caused by organic matter; it can kill all the sulfate reducing bacteria; it can increase the permeability of formation and effectively remove the pollution caused by inorganic matter. The applications to three wells show that the complex acidization has a longer valid period than conventional acidization, it has better results of plugging removal and injection increasing.
